Founded and owned by Maria Angeles, a native Angeleno, Breath Core Joy Pilates, LLC. was born from a lifelong love for life and adventure. She took up Pilates in 2021 when she relocated to Lakewood where she uncovered a new joy in life.
Breath Core Joy is guided by the principles of Joseph Pilates and the vehement belief that pain free movement is for all. We pride ourselves in our personalized Pilates training services to work with you at any stage of your wellness journey.
