Founded and owned by Maria Angeles, a native Chilanga and Angeleno, Breath Core Joy Pilates, LLC. was born from a lifelong passion for life and adventure. She took up Pilates in 2021 when she relocated to Lakewood, California, where she uncovered a new joy in life.
